New Delhi, March 10
The Delhi High Court has fixed April 20 as the date for hearing the Enforcement Directorate’s (ED) petition in the National Herald money laundering case. The ED has challenged the lower court’s order that refused to take cognisance of the chargesheet against Sonia Gandhi, Rahul Gandhi and other accused.
Earlier, on December 22, 2025, the court had issued notices to all the accused in the matter.
