New Delhi, February 26
A controversy erupted over the proposed आयोजन of a “Sant Sammelan” program dedicated to “Guru Ji” at a Gurdwara in the Kalkaji area of Delhi. Sikh groups strongly objected to the holding of such an event inside the gurdwara premises.
The program was scheduled to take place in the Kalkaji area after a local family had booked the hall at Gurdwara Singh Sabha. However, following strong opposition from members of the Sikh community, the gurdwara committee decided to cancel the event.
