Gurdaspur, February 25
Police have identified the accused involved in the killing of Home Guard jawan Ashok Kumar and Punjab Police ASI Gurnam Singh at the Adiyan police check post in Gurdaspur.
Two of the accused, Ranjit Singh and Inderjit Singh, are residents of Adiyan village, while another accused, Dilawar Singh, belongs to Alinangal village. The police have arrested Dilawar Singh.
Meanwhile, Ranjit Singh was killed in an encounter at Purana Shala earlier this morning.
