Chandigarh, February 24
Punjab Finance Minister Harpal Singh Cheema addressed a press conference today, during which he levelled serious allegations against the Haryana government.
He claimed that the situation regarding drug abuse in Haryana is alarming and alleged that drug traffickers operating in Punjab are being given protection by the Haryana government and shielded from action.
Cheema further alleged that drugs flourish under BJP governments and that those who raise their voice against the drug menace are intimidated and threatened by the Haryana government.
