Iran Says No More Attacks on Neighbours Unless Used Against It; Rejects U.S. Demand for Unconditional Surrender

Tel Aviv, March 7

Today marks the eighth day of the ongoing conflict involving the United States, Israel, and Iran. During this time, Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian stated that there will be no further attacks on neighboring countries unless they allow their territory to be used for attacks against Iran.

The President said that Iran’s interim leadership council approved this decision yesterday. Pezeshkian also apologized to neighboring countries for the attacks carried out in recent days. He stated that Iran does not wish to escalate tensions with these countries and will try to avoid such attacks in the future.

Since the conflict began on February 28, Iran has targeted 13 countries in the Middle East, including Israel.

He further said that the demand for unconditional surrender by the United States is merely a dream that they should “take to their graves.” In fact, former U.S. President Donald Trump had on Friday asked Iran to surrender unconditionally, stating that only after surrender would any agreement be possible. Trump also warned of a major attack.
