Amit Gusai Resigns from BJP, Joins Shiromani Akali Dal; Appointed In-Charge of Central Constituency

Ludhiana, March 10

Amit Gusai, the grandson of late Health Minister Satpal Gosai, has resigned from the BJP and joined the Shiromani Akali Dal. He was formally inducted into the party today by Shiromani Akali Dal President Sukhbir Singh Badal. On the occasion, Badal also appointed Amit Gusai as the in-charge of the Central constituency. Gusai was considered one of the senior leaders of the BJP.
