New Delhi, February 11
Various organizations have called for a nationwide ‘Bharat Bandh’ on February 12 (Thursday) to press for their demands. Several central trade unions and farmers’ groups have urged people to participate in the countrywide strike.
Following the announcement, there is concern among the general public about whether daily activities will be disrupted. Railway and bus services are likely to be affected, and road blockades may be staged in some areas, which could cause inconvenience for commuters.
