New Delhi, February 10
BJP Member of Parliament and actress Kangana Ranaut will appear in the Bathinda district court today. The hearing in the defamation case filed by Mata Mahinder Kaur will be conducted via video conferencing. During today’s proceedings, the court may consider asking Kangana Ranaut to submit her passport.
In the previous hearing, two witnesses presented by Mata Mahinder Kaur recorded their statements. The case is related to the farmers’ protest against the agricultural laws in Delhi, during which Kangana Ranaut had posted a message on her social media account.
