Kangana Ranaut Slams Bollywood Over Nora Fatehi Song Controversy, Calls for Stricter Regulation

Mumbai, March 17

Commenting on the controversy surrounding actress Nora Fatehi’s song, BJP MP Kangana Ranaut said that “Bollywood has crossed all limits in promoting obscenity and cheap PR tactics. The entire country is criticizing them, yet I don’t think they feel any shame.”

She added that such songs have been around since their childhood and are not a recent phenomenon. However, she noted that bans have been imposed on such content from time to time and stressed that stricter action is needed in this regard. “I believe Bollywood should be regulated,” she said.

It is worth mentioning that the song “Sarke Chunari” from Sanjay Dutt’s upcoming film KD – The Devil, featuring Sanjay Dutt and Nora Fatehi, has sparked controversy over its allegedly obscene lyrics and videography. Amid the uproar, the song has been removed from YouTube.
