Nayab Singh Saini Slams Indian National Congress for Failing as Opposition, Credits Narendra Modi with Transforming the Nation

New Delhi, February 13

Nayab Singh Saini said that the Indian National Congress, regarded as the opposition party, has failed to effectively perform its role. He stated that former Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee once served as Leader of the Opposition, and the Congress should study his life to better understand the responsibilities that come with the position. He added that perhaps the party has forgotten its dignity and sense of respect.

Saini remarked that Congress ruled the country for 55 years, while Prime Minister Narendra Modi has been in power for 11 years, giving Congress five times more time than Modi. Questioning the nation’s past condition, he alleged that the country had been trapped in a swamp of corruption and that the pace of development had stalled.

He further asserted that in the past 11 years, Prime Minister Modi has transformed the face of the nation. Addressing his political opponents, Saini said they have left no stone unturned in disrespecting these achievements and alleged that the works carried out during the Congress tenure were marred by scams.
