Narendra Modi Inaugurates ‘Seva Teerth’ Complex to House Prime Minister's Office, National Security Council Secretariat and Cabinet Secretariat

New Delhi, February 13

Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Thursday inaugurated the new building complex “Seva Teerth,” which will house the Prime Minister's Office (PMO), the National Security Council Secretariat (NSCS), and the Cabinet Secretariat. The Seva Teerth complex consists of three buildings—Seva Teerth-1, Seva Teerth-2, and Seva Teerth-3.

Seva Teerth-1 will accommodate the PMO, Seva Teerth-2 will house the Cabinet Secretariat, and Seva Teerth-3 will contain the National Security Council and the office of National Security Advisor Ajit Doval. These offices were previously located at different places.

The Cabinet Secretariat had already shifted to Seva Teerth-2 in September 2025, and the offices of the National Security Council and the National Security Advisor are now set to move alongside the PMO. The Prime Minister is also scheduled to inaugurate Kartavya Bhavan 1 and 2 around 6 p.m., which will host offices for new ministries.
