Leader of the Opposition in Himachal Pradesh and BJP leader Jairam Thakur said, “When the Union Budget was announced, the Chief Minister’s reaction was quite different. The revenue deficit grant had already been reduced by the 15th Finance Commission. When he already knew that there was no possibility of receiving the revenue deficit grant, he should have been mentally prepared.”
